FERRERO ROCHER NUTELLA CHEESECAKE
Step 1
Place a baking paper on a round springform pan.
Step 2
Using a food processor or blender (I used the Ninja place the biscuits and pulse a few times to turn it into a rough crumb. Then add 1/3 cup of butter with 1 table spoon of Nutella (I added 2 because my husband wanted to really taste the Nutella). Blend it so that it’s all mashed up.
Step 3
Place the crumb in the pan and push it down so it’s even and flat. Place the pan in the freezer to chill.
Step 4
Place the cream cheese with the Nutella and icing sugar until its all mashed up. Pour it on the base and smooth the top. Let it chill for about 3-4 hours.
Step 5
Unwrap the Ferrero Rocher and cut them in half. Place them evenly on the top of the Cheese Cake and serve. I also added raspberries for the wow effect
